Suite #1 offers contemporary design with soaring ceilings, four poster King bed, lounge seating and 65 inch smart TV. However it's the incredibly decadent spa bath featuring pebble stone walls and floor with a champagne bubble tub for TWO that guests are undeniably raving about. * All rooms are appointed with plush mattresses, luxurious linens, mini-fridge, hair dryer and flat screen smart television with *expanded cable with music and personal streaming access. The one of a kind vintage leopard table, mirrored walls and brass accents are only a few of the notable design elements that will further indulge all your senses. The bath area has a lucite and marble sink, breathtaking tile and a separate shower. The DUTCHESS is a glamorous King bed suite overlooking Main Street. There is lounge seating with settee, a bar cart (that we are happy to stock for you), and a record player with growing vinyl collection you can help us stock (ask for details when you check-in). Reminiscent of a 70's Artists Loft this apartment has a full kitchen, a living room large enough for lounging and dining. The room rate is for 2 OCCUPANTS but this space can sleep up to 5 OCCUPANTS with 1 King bedroom and add on Queen bedroom and twin cot **this additional bedroom option sleeps up to 3 people and is $100 additional per night. This Apartment is located in our annex "THE BRICK HOUSE" at 149 Main, part of the ARTIST RESIDENCE APATMENTS nestled smack dab between The Factory & the TOWNHOUSE... (the map will help explain :) This Apartment suite is on the ground level with 3 stairs into the front door. Outfitted in full 80's glam it has a full kitchen fully outfitted with everything you will need for in home dining, a living room large enough for lounging and dancing it even has a 2 person bar and rotating disco ball. Outfitted with a 55 inch smart TV and a record player with guest curated vinyl collection. There is a very small outside area with 2 barstools and a semi-enclosed patio. the room rate is FOR TWO OCCUPANTS but this space can sleep up to 4 with one Queen size bed plus an additional sleeping area with 2 twins located off of the living area. You MUST call the front desk to pre-approve any additional occupants over 2 (additional occupant/s fee of $55 per night applies) This suite DOES NOT ALLOW ANIMALS (service or pet) as guests.
